While Paganae will make every effort to fulfil your order as promptly
as possible, we reserve the right to contact you in the event of
changes to your order. Prices, availability and delivery may be
subject to change.
In order to make a purchase in our web-shop, you need to log into your
account or create an account when proceeding to checkout. In the
checkout phase, you can choose from two payment methods:
PayPal
By choosing PayPal as your payment method, you can either pay with
credit/debit card, by eCheck or by transferring the total amount of
your purchase from your PayPal account to our PayPal account. The
credit/debit cards accepted by PayPal are Visa, MasterCard and
American Express. It is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account
in order to pay with credit/debit card.
When placing your order in the checkout phase, you will be directed to
PayPal and guided through the steps necessary to make the transaction.
We do not collect your credit/debit card details. PayPal will process
the payment on our behalf according to their terms and conditions.

policy. When the transaction at PayPal is complete, you will be
redirected back to the finishing step of the checkout phase at Paganae.
Please note: PayPal does not support different shipping and billing
addresses. When directed to PayPal, you must not change your chosen
address entry which is applied to the PayPal form necessary to make the
transaction. If you need to change your billing/shipping address, please
go back to either ‘Delivery Info’ or ‘Payment Info’ in the checkout phase
and choose another entry from your address book or create a new address.
Once your payment has cleared, your order status in ‘my account’ will
change from ‘pending’ to ‘processing’, and we ship your package. When
your package has been shipped, your order status will change to ‘sent’.
An e-mail notification will be sent to the provided e-mail address whenever
your order’s status changes.
Bankt-to-bank wire transfer
By choosing a bank-to-bank wire transfer as your payment method, you must
transfer the total amount of your purchase to our bank account. You will be
provided all the necessary details for the bank-to-bank wire transfer in the
checkout phase.
Please note: You must pay all costs of the wire transfer and make sure you
transfer the total amount of your purchase in Euro in order for us to ship
your package. For a Danish bank-to-bank wire transfer, the total amount of
your purchase will be converted from Euro into DKK - our exchange rate is
fixed at 7.45.
Once your payment has cleared, your order status in ‘my account’ will change
from ‘pending’ to ‘processing’, and we ship your package. When your package
has been shipped, your order status will change to ‘sent’. An e-mail
notification will be sent to the provided e-mail address whenever your order’s
status changes.
Canceling an order
If you regret any order placed on our web-shop, please cancel your order as
quickly as possible by sending us your name, address, order date, customer
and invoice number to the e-mail address provided in ‘info/contact’.
Please note: If your payment for the purchase is complete, you must cancel
your order before we ship it in order to avoid possible costs and VAT of
shipping. If we have already shipped your package, our ‘return policy’ given
below is obtaining.

The following 27 member states of the European Union and Monaco are subject to
pay Danish VAT, which is 25% of the value of purchase including possible costs
of shipping:

Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania,

Our rates are for uninsured shipment with Post Denmark via the Post Office in
your country to you.
All shipping prices include all costs of delivery.
Our shipping times do not account for any possible delay due to processing through
local customs.

Exchange and full refund
At Paganae we will happily exchange any item purchased in our web-shop for any item
at the same price, or give a full refund upon receipt of the purchased item. Maybe
you got the wrong size or item, or do not want the product for any reason. We
refund at the price the item was bought. In cases of exchanging, availability of
any item or size may have changed. In order to qualify for an exchange or a full
refund, you have to return the item or contact us within 14 days of delivery.
However, we cannot exchange or give refund for any item that has been worn,
tampered with, used or treated inappropriately or had its sale tag removed. Thus,
we can only exchange or give refund for an item which is returned as sold and
resalable.
Please note: A full refund includes only the value and possible VAT of any
item purchased. We do not refund your possible costs and VAT of shipping. You must
pay all the shipping costs when exchanging any item at Paganae, including the costs
of shipping the new item back to you.

the e-mail address also provided in ‘info/contact’ for further details. Please also ensure
that every item is packed carefully so that it is not damaged during shipping.
Damaged or faulty goods
If any item purchased in our web-shop is damaged or faulty at reception, we will
replace it, exchange it for an item at the same price or give a full refund upon
receipt of the purchased item. We refund at the price the item was bought. In cases
of replacing and exchanging, availability of any item or size may have changed. In
order to qualify for a replacement, an exchange or a full refund, you have to return
the item or contact us within 24 months of delivery. In all cases of damaged or
faulty goods, the burden of proof determining if the product has been used or
treated inappropriately lies with us within 6 months of delivery. After 6 months of
delivery, the burden of proof lies with you as a customer.
In any case of damaged goods at reception, we cannot replace, exchange or give refund
for any item that has been worn, tampered with, used or treated inappropriately or
had its sale tag removed. Please contact us as quickly as possible at the e-mail address
provided in ‘info/contact’ to resolve the issue at hand.
